I have trouble sleeping and before arriving I wrote them a message asking for a quite room. Normally hotels don’t even read those messages, but when I arrived and I asked for a quite room the person in the counter told me “don’t worry! I know you have trouble sleeping and you don’t like to be next to the elevadora so in giving you a very quite room trust me”. For me that meant they take care of their costumers! Totally recommend. Location beautiful and the rooms are very nice.

This is a real gem if you have a layover. Friendly and helpful staff who arranged airport shuttles, knew the area, and were genuinely interested in making our stay a great experience! Built into nice local mall in safe mall and shopping area. Many dining options and small grocery stores within blocks. Very reasonable value overall. Not a high-end luxury property but clean and reasonable!

First of all, this is an adorable hotel in an adorable shopping center. We loved the local art and the onsite shops and restaurants. Additionally, the staff and onsite management were terrific. From check-in to minor inquiries for help (such as towels and safe code reset), everything went incredibly smoothly. Everyone was very polite and helpful and we couldn't have been happier.

Spartan but clean. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower (water pressure) excellent. Ezekiel, at the front desk, was exceptional. He spent a very long time trying to help us activate a Claro prepaid SIM card as our trip to the Claro store failed. (Their system wouldn’t process two different credit cards that day, weirdly.)

Spacious rooms in great location for airport with lots of bars and shops in walking distance. Free water and soft drinks a nice touch. Breakfast selection was good. Female receptionist saved us from missing our long haul flight when a pre-booked taxi failed to show by finding a local driver at a good price.
