Spartan but clean. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower (water pressure) excellent. Ezekiel, at the front desk, was exceptional. He spent a very long time trying to help us activate a Claro prepaid SIM card as our trip to the Claro store failed. (Their system wouldn’t process two different credit cards that day, weirdly.)

I have trouble sleeping and before arriving I wrote them a message asking for a quite room. Normally hotels don’t even read those messages, but when I arrived and I asked for a quite room the person in the counter told me “don’t worry! I know you have trouble sleeping and you don’t like to be next to the elevadora so in giving you a very quite room trust me”. For me that meant they take care of their costumers! Totally recommend. Location beautiful and the rooms are very nice.

Clean, quiet, spacious hotel with friendly staff and brilliant included breakfast. The transfers to and from the airport took less than 20mins and were a reasonable price - $18 each way. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the area, and the hotel gym is handy.

Great, quiet spot for a long layover in Buenos Aires. Staff were very accommodating and were able to check us in early, much welcomed allowing us to nap and recover from our jet lag. As we needed to leave early the next morning before breakfast was served the staff arranged a bagged snack for us.

Spacious rooms in great location for airport with lots of bars and shops in walking distance. Free water and soft drinks a nice touch. Breakfast selection was good. Female receptionist saved us from missing our long haul flight when a pre-booked taxi failed to show by finding a local driver at a good price.
